Mr. Jarrett holds credentials in Alternative Medicine and advanced education studies in Nutritional Health. He is currently a Board Certified Health Specialist, holds a Certificate in Nutritional Counseling, is a Certified Lifestyle Educator, Certified Wellness Coach and a Certified Radiology Technologist.
Specialties include Weight Management, Clinical Nutrition, Dietary Management, Nutrition Consulting, Education, Dietetics and Nutritional Therapeutics.
Javier Vazquez Ortiz, MD

Dr. Javier Vazquez Ortiz is a family medicine doctor in Victoria, Texas and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Citizens Medical Center-Victoria and DeTar Healthcare System-Victoria. He received his medical degree from the Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico and completed his Residency in Family Medicine at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, Fayetteville, NC. And has been in practice for nearly 15 years. Dr. Javier Vazquez Ortiz has expertise in treating chronic diabetes, chronic kidney disease, chronic high blood pressure, among other conditions. Dr. Vazquez joined our team to provide clients with an integrated approach to weight loss, better fitness, and overall healthy lifestyle changes.
