Sam Jarrett, RD, CHS, CNC, CLE
Board Certified / Fellow / Clinical Nutrition
Mr. Jarrett specializes in weight management and associated disease risks including hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, kidney disease, metabolic syndrome, and more in adult patients. As a Board-Certified Health Specialist, he provides quality care to help his patients and is committed to helping patients achieve their personal health goals through dietary modifications, identification of nutritional deficiencies, and appropriate exercise. Wellness screenings, education, testing, and counseling are provided for those with eating disorders, weight challenges, diabetes, and Pre and Post Bariatric nutritional care to name a few. He is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Nutritional Counselor, Certified Lifestyle Educator & Wellness Coach. Specialties include Weight Management, Clinical Nutrition, Dietary Management, Nutrition Consulting, Education, Dietetics and Nutritional Therapeutics. A nutrition and wellness speaker, Mr. Jarrett is involved in his local community as well as local colleges including Victoria College and the University of Houston.
Javier Vazquez Ortiz, MD
Family Medicine Practitioner
Dr. Javier Vazquez Ortiz is a board-certified family medicine physician based in Victoria, Texas, with affiliations to Citizens Medical Center and DeTar Healthcare System. He earned his medical degree from Ponce School of Medicine in Puerto Rico and completed his Family Medicine Residency at Womack Army Medical Center in Fort Bragg, NC. With nearly 15 years of experience, Dr. Vazquez specializes in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, kidney disease, and high blood pressure. He joined our team to offer an integrated approach to weight loss, fitness, and overall healthy lifestyle improvements.
