These plans aim to assist users in maintaining balanced nutrition and alleviating various potential side effects associated with semaglutide use. They emphasize smaller, frequent meals rich in high-protein, high-fiber, whole grains, fruit, vegetables, and easily digestible foods. This combination is geared towards enhancing blood glucose regulation, and progressive weight loss while minimizing potential adverse effects of GLP-1 therapy. This meal template supports the following calorie ranges: 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800.
High Cholesterol Meal Plan

- The High Cholesterol meal plan is for anyone who has been diagnosed with hypercholesterolemia, has heart disease or has a risk of developing heart disease. Patients taking statins may also benefit from following this plan. This meal plan is high in fiber, rich in anti-inflammatory food such as fruit, vegetables and high Omega-3 foods such as fatty fish, nuts and seeds. This plan is rich in both soluble and insoluble dietary fiber due to its ability to improve “bad” serum cholesterol. This meal template supports the following calorie ranges: 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800, 2000 and 2200.
Obesity & Diabetes Meal Plan

- The Obesity and Diabetes meal plan was developed for individuals with a co morbidity of obesity and diabetes. This plan contains fiber rich carbohydrates alongside lean protein and antioxidant rich fruits and vegetables. Obesity is associated with chronic low grade inflammation, therefore, anti-inflammatory foods such as whole grains, nuts, seeds and phytonutrient rich fruits and vegetables are the main focus. The high fiber content of the plan promotes glycemic control and satiety to aid in slow progressive weight loss.

This plan is devoid of processed foods which can contain large quantities of sodium.
