DON’T pay a personal trainer or take advice from those retail weight loss or meal delivery programs telling you what to eat. With our program you DON’T count points or calories or question what you should be eating. You DON’T have to read labels or calculate carbs, protein, and fat content.

Our plans are designed to teach NEW habits. Each meal plan template teaches a 7-day rotation which can be followed for several weeks until your new habits are in place. Food exchanges can be done to revise plans to meet your personal food preferences. If you get bored with your meal plan, you can select from other meal plan types available within your subscription plan.

There are three ways to sign up for Personal Online Nutrition Plans: Premium Care plans, My Healthy Journey AppPass, and My Healthy Journey AppClub.
Both My Healthy Journey AppPass and AppClub memberships are offered in 3 levels of access. Each level comes with different meal templates from which to choose. Our most popular plans are included with our entry level memberships. If you need an assisted specialized plan, check out our Premium Care Medical Plans.

All plans have a one-time activation fee of $19.95. Activation Fee is non-refundable. Subscription can be canceled with 30-day notice. Cancellation link is made available in the “My Account” area.
